Shipping Policy

Kraftor provides Free Delivery Canada-wide on all orders above $1000.00 and below $1000.00 there is a minimum charge added for International Air Freight charges as a flat fee. Kraftor will provide your shipping information once the product is ready and shipped through our international freight partners. Customers will receive the shipping tracking numbers shipping company name, and tracking tools information through the email provided at the time of purchase.

Please email us if you'd like this option, or for any shipping information, at connect@kraftor.ca once you receive your order details refer to your tracking number and check with our delivery partners at not limited to DHL International Global Logistics - International Shipping | DHL Home | Canada (www.dhl.com), Blue Dart Inc, Fedex Inc, etc. (We will email the customer shipping information once we receive the order.)

All furniture pieces

If you have ordered any piece/s of furniture, these require very careful packaging in Plywood Crates to ensure your delicate inlay furniture will not be damaged in transit.

Our complimentary inlay furniture delivery service includes a ground floor, one-man delivery to your home. For ground-floor homes, your delivery will be taken to your door. For front doors that are accessed via stairs, your delivery will be taken to the ground floor only and not up any stairs. We recommend that, if possible, you have someone else available to assist you with taking the items inside your home, unpacking, and positioning your piece/s in your home.
If you do require your piece to be taken into your home and upstairs, please kindly contact us at connect@kraftor.ca or call / WhatsApp us at +1-365-833-5050 to arrange further options and we will happily arrange this with you at a cost.

We pride ourselves in offering high-quality pieces at reasonable pricing so that more customers can experience the feeling of beautiful inlay pieces being in their homes. Our free delivery pricing does not include delivery upstairs, unwrapping of your piece, or positioning of your piece inside your home for this reason. Our delivery team can help with any of these at their discretion and time, but this is not included in our service.
